Fitch Even attorney Jonathan Urbanek will be presenting a seminar on "Terminal Disclaimer Best Practices," sponsored by the Intellectual Property Committee of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) Young Lawyers Section on March 2, 2011, at the CBA headquarters in Chicago. During his presentation, Mr. Urbanek will provide an overview of terminal disclaimer practices and discuss recent unpublicized changes in internal U.S. Patent and Trademark Office procedures for handling terminal disclaimers. MCLE credit for attending the seminar is pending.
Mr. Urbanek focuses his practice primarily on patent preparation and prosecution, product clearance, and due diligence matters. He handles matters in areas including mechanical technology and biotechnology.
