Ethan enjoys collaborating with inventors and companies to transform innovative ideas into valuable intellectual property assets.
Before attending law school, Ethan gained hands-on experience in the biotechnology industry, where he supported laboratory research and product development efforts. This technical background informs his approach to patent drafting and prosecution in the life sciences and related fields.
During law school, Ethan gained hands-on experience at the Chicago-Kent Patent Hub, where he conducted patentability searches and advised inventors on the early stages of the patent process. As Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, he developed a deep understanding of emerging IP issues while leading publication of scholarly research.
